some installations are more challenching than others (e.g., topography, equipment to interface with, features needed)

Self installation

The Magika system is easy to use and easy to install. A large number of producers feel comfortable following the instructions found in the installation guide along with the related videos. These resources teach you how to install your modules, create your account, and configure your system. If you have questions, feel free to contact us by email or using the chat button on this page (during business hours).

Self installation with remote support

This option is for maple syrup producers who are comfortable with the installation of the devices in the forest and in the pumping station(s), but would appreciate help with the configuration of their account, devices within the system, and notifications. Using this option, you will be requested to record some information during the installation of the devices using the provided forms (e.g., GPS coordinates, mainlines for each device's port). We will then take care of the rest for you!

Professional installation, satisfaction guaranteed

Your project is rather complex or you wonder about how to position the devices in the forest, connect things up in your pumping station(s). You would also like help with the software configuration and benefit from personal training? Then, please consider a professional installation.

This option includes:

Installation of the devices in sugar bush (except tubing)
Installation of the devices in the pumping station(s)
Configuration of your account and software
Personalised training session

Moreover, the professional installation provides you with an extended warranty on batteries (2 years instead of 1 year) and a satisfaction guaranteed policy which will allow you to return any material bought with a professional installation after the first spring if you are not totally satisfied.
