SALES TAXES

When required by law, Magika Technologies will collect sales, use, excise duties and other federal, state and / or local taxes applicable to the shipping address of the customer. These taxes are added to the purchase price of the products that are the subject of an order.

National and International expeditions

All applicable TVA, TVP, TVH and / or TPS fees and brokerage fees will be charged to the customer and due at the time of delivery.

Shipping

If Magika Technologies Inc. ("We") has your product in stock, we will send you, by email, a shipping notification confirming that the items have been sent and are en route to your destination. This notification is our agreement to your order. Orders already in stock excluding delivery items on a specific date) will be normally shipped within 3 working days after the date of your order. Take the shipping time into consideration. Orders for items not in stock will be shipped once the stock has been replenished. We will send you the shipping notification once the item is in stock and has been sent. The delivery time of your package will depend on the method of delivery that you have chosen during the checkout.

We reserve the right to reject, correct or cancel any order at any time, regardless of the reason. Your completed order form constitutes your offer to purchase the goods or services mentioned on your order. Your orders will be considered accepted only if and when we will address you, by email, a shipping notification. This shipping notification, sent by email, constitutes our acceptance of your order and represents a legally binding contract with Magika Technologies Inc.

The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when you are notified of email shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, you can request a cancellation by logging in with your access account and then canceling your order or calling +1-418-596-2288. However, we could receive your request cancellation after your order has been made, in which case your cancellation request may not be executed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product that you have bought, we will be happy to offer you a full refund according to our Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy.

Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

For online purchases and / or on our premises, the return period begins on the date when the order was delivered. Magika Technologies Inc. will refund, on presentation of the receipt, the new, unused merchandise and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery of the goods.

Warranty: 1 year on parts and labor for manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not however covers normal wear, misuse and accidental breakage. Upon return of a defective product being on warranty, Magika Technologies Inc. will test the product and repair the product. In case the product is irrecoverable, Magika Technologies agrees to exchange the so called product.

You will be solely responsible for any loss, any damages and any additional costs that you, Magika Technologies Inc. or any other person may incur because of the fact that you will have provided false, inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information or because of your failure to day information about your registration and payment information within thirty (30) days of any change.

Magika Technologies Inc. may use your personal information for a variety of purposes commercial different, for example for:

• complete orders and requests for products, services or information;
• process returns, repairs and exchanges;
