You can buy our products from a few places. You can visit us at our offices, order on-line from the products section on this site, or by contacting one of our distributors (LS Bilodeau and Leader Evoporator) .
You can contact us using the contact page, send us an email at support@magika.ca, send an SMS or phone us at 581-990-3287.
Our online store uses Stripe which supports all major debit and credit cards. If required, we can also accept bank transfers or business checks.
By default, on-line purchases are shipped to the delivery address that is selected during checkout. It is also possible to avoid shipping fees by selecting the pick up option during checkout. In this case, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready to pick up at our offices.
You can see your purchase history by following these steps:
  1. login to your account
  2. click on the profile icon in the top menu
  3. select Account
  4. select Order History from the side menu on the left
To change your username, proceed as follows:
  1. login to your account
  2. click on the profile icon in the top menu
  3. select Account
  4. click the Edit Profile button and enter your new username
To change your password, proceed as follows:
  1. login to your account
  2. click on the profile icon in the top menu
  3. select Account
  4. click on the Change password button
You will be able to create a new password by clicking here and then follow the instructions.
You can see your which list by following these steps:
  1. login to your account
  2. click on the profile icon in the top menu
  3. select Account
  4. select Which list from the side menu on the left
  1. Check that the registered email address is correct:
    1. login to your account
    2. click on the profile icon in the top menu
    3. select Account
  2. Look into all email folders (spam, notification, ...)
  3. If you have not found the problem, please contact us.
